I had the pleasure of working with Christa during my time with Gartner -- in my role as the Atlassian SME at Gartner, I was usually telling people what JIRA and Confluence could do for them. In my encounters with Christa, my usual role was reversed -- she was challenging me -- when I would say JIRA and Confluence might struggle to do something, she would counter me with "how do we make that work?" It's easy to forget sometimes that people who challenge us make us grow professionally and I feel Christa gave as good as she got. In her role working with the Security team at Gartner, she was eager to get organization around a busy group's activities and not only rose to the occasion but was able to coach others, getting other members of the Security team proficient in using the Atlassian toolset but more importantly getting them to understand why things were organized the way they were. Christa was a frequent collaborator and I think both of us grew professionally by not accepting the status quo on how to make things work. Well done, Christa!
